When I bought this rifle new, I put a scope on it, took it to the range, and shot 5 rounds. Then I bought a .308.
The stock is beautiful and perfect, except I just slammed it against the door jam. Now it's got a small dent.
I took the rifle to a local gunsmith to replace the front sight screw that had a small burr. He got out a small file and removed, then replaced, the bluing next to the screw. His name and number upon request.
Transfer at Gun Pro in Springfield, buyer pays fees.
