I bought one of these from Bimart and have only put a couple of mags through it but it feels great in the hand and appears to be a very sturdy pistol. Price is great. $30 Rebate info: https://sarusa.com/rebates/

Possibly the most rigorously tested pistol ever developed, the new SAR9 endured 130 degree baking to simulate desert conditions, -50 degree for the arctic, salt fog, high altitude, 24 hr of rain, solar radiation, fouling, drop tests and 150000 round of live fire in the factory. Police later ran their own test that included 50000 rounds. Finally, a NATO test against major manufacturers from Austria, German and the U.S. ran 90000 rounds with the SAR9 the clear winner. However, the SAR9 has more to offer than just toughness and reliability. The lightweight polymer framed, striker fired, 9mm, SAR9 points naturally and is a pleasure to shoot. With a choice of three insertable back straps to customize fit, a low barrel axes to grip ratio to lessen muzzle climb and 20 degree grip angle providing superior control and fast second shot recovery accuracy is built in. Couple these features with a safety trigger that is smoother than a double action revolver and the SAR9 becomes the perfect carry-pistol when you want a round in the chamber.

Where did you find the article of the testing of the pistol! I read up on the cz p01 NATO testing and how it got a NATO serial number on the pistol. Would like to read up on this one as well! Seems like a steal for $250.

Good point
I am going to sleep on it and if they are still available in the morning I will pull the trigger on a second one. I never did buy any of the various powders I was looking at but I think powder availability is improving so maybe if I wait on the powder purchase a better deal will come along.

One is enough for me. Got 15 others to choose from....
Same story here, I have numerous that haven't seen a round fired by me yet. 2022 is going to be the year I build, I reload and I shoot. I still have that darn Dagger 9mm combo that is not working to deal with.

Every gun I own is exercised. Not as regularly as I'd like, but exercised.
If my firearms were children I would have been locked up long ago like the Turpins.
