OK.. well Wake me up, when all elected Federal political office holder's are required to take a drug scene, and declare all prescribed psychotropic's being digested. As I would prefer it being a Drug Free Clown World for a good starting point.

San Francisco was a beautiful city at one time and could be again. I wish them luck on this.
