It's LC which is military so I would assume it's crimped.
Most of it is 58 so it's 1 year short of my age. Impossible to tell how many times it's been fired. If I thought it was scrap it would be that bucket. To me, it appears to be in really good shape and an amazing deal at 7 cents each.
