Good luck finding a dealer that would transfer it. Im pretty sure it falls under ak47 and all forms.

Good luck saying that's not a variant of an AK-47, also center fire rifle with a detachable magazine, and what appears to be a "barrel shroud" meets the definition even if it's not listed. Best of luck to you.
