yowza that guy got lucky.
"pulled down powder charge weights"
21.8g to 23.6g from the same box of factory ammo.

I was surprised the guy didnt want any compensation for damage. It sounds as if his rifle is still good?

A perfect example of how handloaders can produce more consistent ammo than factory "Match". This is insane:
