It is a long story but I am looking to trade out my Model 28 -2 6" revovler. I feel that the trade value is between 450-500$ in value. I am willing to sell for 450 or best offer. I am not in any hurry and may even decide to take this back down. The situation is this - I have this revovler and it sits in my safe - in over four years I have had it shooting twice - I think. I am thinking I could trade for something that I could use more. The revovler is over 98% and barely has a drag line on the cylinder. It is in original condition - it is just the revovler. I have a 28 4" that I use more.
What I am looking for is a carry piece - it must be steel - no poly guns for me. It must be in a respectable caliber 9mm. 45 or 357. A ideal pice would be a third generation S&W ( 3914 or 45XX ) or a even a smaller S&W revovler ( no J frame size ).
This is a very nice S&W N frame and to my knowledge they are not making more.
