Brand new in box, unfired S&W M&P .40S&W Shield. I purchased this new about 4 weeks ago locally. This one was made after the trigger safety recall so it's one of the good ones, the spent test case isn't bulged at all and will be included. Has the highly desirable and predictable clean glass break-type trigger. $375
