Yes,it's xed out and renumered,I am not sure if is refurbished or not.. I don't know how to tell the difference, I can ship it as long as it is legal to ship there

Thanks c, it's a refurb. Somewhere on the stock, at the wrist, around the recoil lug, the receiver cover (could be many places), there will be a box with a diagonal line, sorta like this "[\]" that's the arsenal refurb stamp. Fair price for what you have, PAX
