Would consider trading NEW Deltron m-4 16" UPPER.. complete.. This is a 1/7 twist, Chrome Lined, chrome/moly barrel.
These have not been available for the last 6 months, this one has never been fired, and would need cash or ammo added to make deal.. I live in Oregon, but this is a legal deal, as the lower is the registered part of the rifle.
