Yes, the Mini-14 Ranch is 100% good to go in Washington State. I bought this rifle about 10 months ago in Bellingham, post AWB. Not every FFL here will want to transfer a Mini-14, but I know of several shops that will transfer a Mini-14 here in Bellingham, and have heard of plenty others across the State.

If you are interested, we can find an FFL that will accept the transfer and we will go from there.

I'm out in Vancouver so something would need to be sorted out. Willing to ship at all? I do believe my preferred FFL would have no issues with the transfer but I would need to contact them tomorrow
