WTT OR Ruger American Rimfire: Trade my "Standard" for your "Compact"

EDIT: I just got an offer from a fellow here who does barrel work. I'm just going to get it cut down and threaded.

No photos necessary for this one. I love this rifle and will NOT be selling it.

The 22" barrel is great for me and maximizes the velocity of my 22 rounds, but it just doesn't fit in my small safe, by at most a half-inch. I'd like to trade down for someone's "Compact" model with 18" barrel. We can discuss whether you'd like to keep your compact stock still or trade for the larger stock. I think I'd prefer to keep the larger stocks and just go down in barrel length, but I'm open either way.

I have shot no more than a couple hundred rounds through this one, probably under 100.
