WTS/WTT OR Ruger 10/22

I have a Ruger 10/22 with a black synthetic stock. The barrel has been free-floated, and sling studs have been added to the stock. In great condition with around 800 rounds through it. Included 10 round factory mag and 25rnd butler creek mag.

I'm hoping to get $150, or possibly trade +$ for another 10/22 or other brand with a threaded barrel.
Will post pics when I get the chance. just looks like a regular 10/22
