Funny, but this follows what's happening in the port of Rotterdam, where the Gov in all it's wizzdumb has limited the transit speed to 8 knots for all commercial vessels playing those waters! This seriously effects the Tug Fleets operating one of the worlds busiest port complexes, effectively forcing the Tug companies to increase the number of tugs available to handle the ports volume, the longer it takes a tug to transit a stretch of service waters, the Less revue each boat generates, combined with More Boats, it requires more fuel, and more man hours! While it might save cost somewhere, it most certainly increases costs everywhere else! This is what happens when you let gov. Functionaries make decisions well outside their cubicles! At current projections, the Port will actually loose 4 billion U.S. per year, while only saving around 2.3 million in fuel costs by limiting transit speeds! Boy, that's some pretty big maths showing how much the government will save, then there is the emissions savings all the stooooooopid Gretta Greenies are demanding! You can't make this sh1t up fellers and felletts, only a gooberment could actually be this stooooooopid and get away with it!

What do you expect, what with all the "Rules" they have! Gotta have a certain number of ethnics, including the handicapped, gotta have fees and permits, and licences, and health codes and inspections, fed holidays, and prevailing wage for all, and then you gotta have unions and everything that brings in! Just imagine all the federal hoops you gotta jump through, then add Bummer Care to the mix, a 401K, bonus packages, administration at multiple levels outside the operations, and oversights from afar! Yes, no wonder they failed!

Don't forget all the other agencies that gotta get their hands in that Nooky Jar! Gotta have the BLM, USFS, DHS, DoD, ADA, OSHA, the Health department, and EPA, plus the Tribal groups, Gender equalities studies, race impact studies, fish and wildlife, state parks and recreation, and everything else! Gotta have a certain number of parking spaces, and water runoff, a certain amount of natural materials, a certain amount of green stuff, and then you gotta call in the Catholics, Jews, Mormons, and Lutherans, to sign off on all the sperm being wasted in whores!
