Remington 870 12 or 20 gauge

As title says, I'm looking for a Remington 870 in either 12 or 20 gauge (really no preference). I would prefer it with a synthetic stock but wood is just fine. 2 3/4" and 3" chambering. I have no use for 3 1/2" but if the price is right I won't mind. I am looking for a standard style stock model for hunting a clay's, not a tactical version.

Not interested in a REALLY old model. Not expecting a brand new one either.

OR resident and cash in hand.

Looking to spend around $200-250.
