This would be an excellent starter rifle for someone looking to get into precision rifle shooting. The only thing it would need is a barrel. The current barrel shoots about 1 MOA or less so not idea, but not horrible.

That is not a timney trigger. It's a Jewell. Opinions vary, but most people agree that the Jewell is much better.
