I have a Remington 700 in 300 H&H in good condition some minor blemishes but no damage, see pics.
These are difficult to find, I searched and found only a couple sold over the years, $650 for one that needed a lot of work (A Complete Re-bluing and major wood work needed, no optics) and $1200 for a near mint rifle. This one is in great condition.
Want to get $675 but open to offers as well. Also have one box of ammo to go with sale of rifle as well.
