Remington 700 LVSF (Light Varmint Stainless Fluted) chambered in .308 WIN. These rifles are very hard to find in .308 because Remington produced a very small batch in .308 for one year only as a "limited run".
They were made in such low numbers that Remington never cataloged these guns. These rifles were designed for both the bench and the field and in a .308 it would make an excellent light weight all weather hunting rifle that weighs only 6.5 lbs.
This rifle has a 22" light varmint contour fluted barrel, synthetic stock, jeweled bolt, and a factory adjustable trigger with no creep or overtravel. This rifle has less than 10 rounds through it and is very accurate. One of these, with rings and no scope recently sold on line for just under $1,000.
The Shepherd scope alone is worth almost $700.
$1,200, or B.O., or trade for ?
