I shot s few nosler 40 grain varmint through it, simply amazing group. 3 shot at 50 yard, 1" bull's eye
Ill attach the picture.

24" matte steel barrel, 1-12 rifling
Plain and simple, black synthetic and matte finish on metal blind magazine.

24" tube? Varmint? Not sure what the tube is.....the 700 varmint has a heavy/bull barrel. If you are talking about 24"barrel being free floated, just slide a dollar bill between the barrel and the stock and slide it all the way to the action and if it will slide all the way down without snagging or stopping, its free floated.

I believe it's an SPS , it's not written on the gun anywhere.

Either that or you can get an aftermarket stock for under $300. I was looking at that option for mine a few years back.
