Looks like some nice wood, someone will want this for sure, it will help if you give a price without the ammo as an option along with any dates you might have on the barrel etc.

What make? Remington or Smith Corolla, and are there cartouches on the stock or were they removed when refinished?

Remington. Let me ask about cartouches, it appears that some remain but the owner doesn't know which ones and the rifle is stored right now.
