Information on that form a source that hasn't said that the only reason anyone would buy a Form 1 suppressor 'kit' is because they want to build an illegal 'un-stamped' suppressor

So someone who has generated hundreds of hours of content made a comment that bothered you. Cool story, bro. I don't think disregarding the 99.9% of stuff he puts out there that benefits the 2A is the right move, but you do you. It's a free country.

Lots of his stuff bugs me :) And I never said no one should watch the video, I just posted an other source for folks like me that might have skipped learning about this because they don't care to watch his videos

He's put out more than one topic thats wasn't entirely true so his reputation as a lawyer isn't 100%. Yeah I know "IANAL" but hes had more than one real lawyer call him out on it.

Maybe? This article explains how the process is supposed to play out

But for another person?
Setting aside my personal bias against red flag laws I can see how they work for adults that threaten people. But without probable cause on an adult for what their child says, I dont see how there can be any probable cause to issue a warrant to remove the adults guns on the kids words alone.

I should add a very simple solution to this is to just expel any kid, well within the schools rights to do so and a hard lesson for any parent to learn (especially since child education here is compulsory).

From reading the first article (and for the sake of conversation accepting the info is correct) it sounds like some form LEO intervention was warranted. And clearly JMHO, but I'm not convinced that all parents of kids like that are able to learn lessons, easy or hard! Maybe a better option would be to remove the kid from the home

I think it should depend on what the kid said, plus that kids history of offenses at the school. Sure, LEO could stop by for an investigative chat would be appropriate... and things could change based on what the parent says. And yeah, not all parents are able to learn lessons but while thats another subject if what the kid said was that threatening then just expel them. Parenting lessons learned or not, but if the parents don't get their kid in some school there's consequences for that which could lead to removal.
There's ways to deal with this without questionable laws that infringe on good guys rights, using kids as pawns is even worse.

Methinks vasectomies and tubal ligations would be more effective..... in the long run.
