Recommendations for Carcano Upper Hanguard install

So I picked up one of those "fixer upper" carcanos from Axis arms that was missing the buttplate and upper hand guard, I ordered a replacement buttplate that will need to be filled down to fit, but the hand guard I ordered is another story. It's a new production one direct from Axis. Wondering who I should send this off to to have it final fit, and finished? I bit off a bit more than I can chew with this, but I don't mind spending a little bit to get it looking nice, and accurate to how it should.
