Idaho Recommendation for an attorney?

My brother is trying to get an old non-violent felony expunged from his record so that his firearms rights can be restored. He had an attorney working on it, supposedly only still needing a judge to approve it. Then Covid hit and the courts pretty much closed for a while, and in the meantime the attorney picked up and moved out of state. So he needs a new attorney to finish the process for him. Someone in the Boise area would be preferred, but outside of there would probably be doable too. So can anybody recommend an attorney experienced in this sort of thing?
