Recent experience with Olympic arms

    Any insights and recent experience with Olympic Arms? Have a line on one for a pretty good deal. Their K3B-M4-A3-TC. Thoughts? Actual experience appreciated, I know they don't have the best reputation.

    For the money I think you can get better. Call the ppl at J&S in Olympia. Some of the guns used to work at OA.

    Mine's worked just fine. Only problem was an improperly installed spring that allowed the trigger pin to start to work it's way out, but that was a 30 second fix.
    It seems like the folks who complain the loudest about them are the ones who have never owned an Oly. They've been at it for a long time. I think up until about the early 90's your AR-15 options were Olympic or Colt.
