model 94 winchester 30 w.c.f. (30-30)
serial # 255855 (made in 1902 according to oldguns.net)
octagon barrel (about 26" long)
I've never personally shot it, but my dad says it's accurate, and I cycled 4 rounds through it earlier and it was smoother than the post-64 win.94 I use to have

As you can tell from the pics, it's seen a lot of use over the past 109 years.
