I did a review on this old thing years ago.

Since I have been contemplating what's real and what's not pertaining to the comments on the previous review. Those comments were about barrel porting, specifically concerning its effects on velocity and accuracy. It appears the general consensus is that having multiple ports can significantly hurt velocity, with figures ranging from 150 to 250 fps. However, what caught my attention was the claim that porting could also compromise accuracy. The reasoning provided was that it would reduce the contact between the freedom pill and the lands and grooves, particularly at the end of the barrel where it is crucial.

Given your expertise/experience, I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this matter. Do you believe that the benefits of porting outweigh the potential downsides?

What I concluded from the test was porting absolutely increased the noise significantly with this pistol. It also greatly reduced felt recoil. Though accuracy I felt was inconclusive potentially, even though trying to use a ransom rest to prove or disprove the thought.

Looking forward to your insights!
