No it's a model 15 not the 53. I have one of those too!

So it's not a factory 22 jet. Someone changed the barrel and cylinder? If that's the case the 22lr inserts will not work in this gun either no rim fire firing pin. Still a cool gun.

I reload so it's very reasonable to shoot. Great varmint round with reflex sight. Model 53's are going for $1200-$1800 and up on Gunbroker! And iron sights!! Try hitting a target at 100-150 yards with a pistol and iron sights!! Fun Gun!
