I don't think his wife found it. Op states he was WITH his wifey i believe. But id build one anyway, you know.. Plant some seeds. Hopefully more parts start showing up randomly.

Lol. Reminds me of a screw i had in one of my tires. Was in there so long i wore half the head off a regular wood screw. Never leaked any air though.
