Python lost a screw!

My Colt Python.357 Magnum from the mid 80's lost its side plate front screw. Any thoughts on finding a replacement?
Do I need to back out any other screws to place the new screw in properly?

Bummer! I once lost the cylinder slide release screw out of my Mod 66 S & W !

I was shooting at a spot close to home in the woods and not moving around much so a quick trip back home for my metal detector and about an hour of searching and I found it!
