I just called over to Tombstone Tactical to confirm their current policy and was told that the owner did discontinue sales of standard capacity magazines to Oregon. The sales person expressed understanding the frustration of those affected. As I understand what was explained to me, the owner was concerned about how the ATF would define/regulate the grandfathering of magazines purchased during the stay...if that stay is lifted.
From my observations and experiences, both as a former firearms wholesaler and retailer, and as a customer of Tombstone Tactical, I can confidently say that their business serves as an exceptional model for most retailers to emulate. I believe that their ability to offer highly competitive pricing is a direct result of the streamlined efficiency of their processes and maximizing the productivity of each employee.
Wishing the best for Oregon. ( And you too Washington)
