From PSA where I bought it a year or so ago:

PSA KS 47 16" 7.62x39 Upper
Chrome Moly Vanadium Barrel
7.62 x 39mm Chamber
1 in 10" Twist Rate
F-marked Front Sight Base
PSA Classic Handguards
A2 Flash Hider
Forged upper receiver
Barrel: 16", chrome moly vanadium. Chambered in 7.62x39mm, with a 1/10 twist, and a F-marked front sight base with sling swivel, standard handguards, and an A2 flash hider.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is hard coat anodized black for durability.

I may be wrong but the KS 47 is deigned to only work with AK-47 magazines on the KS 47 specific lower. I did not see anything on their website about being able to run it on normal AR-15 lowers using the AR-15 x39 magazine.

EDIT: nevermind, I googled it and found an old forum post by PSA themselves saying it will work with both. Gotta say that is pretty cool!
