PSA 7.5" Marauder MOE upper. Chambered in 5.56, 30 rounds shot through it. Perfect condition, got this yesterday from another forum member, with "No Charging handle or BCG", change my mind so I'm passing it at the cost that I paid

Then, I could add a never fired Palmetto BCG and charging handle.
