WTT OR PSA 16" middy upper for another AR upper half

Looking at my ARs they are all 14.5 and 16 inch uppers carbine/mid-lenghts. I'm hoping to trade my PSA 16" middy for maybe a 20" "retro" upper, 20" / 18" upper, short 9mm pistol length upper, maybe 300BO upper
