PSA 16" mid length upper no bcg or charging handle

I have for sale 16" upper, I just got it in the mail today. I wanted a BCM upper but those are hard to find so I got this one instead and now I found BCM so gotta get rid of this one ASAP. It is brand new and never had anything installed on it. No trades please. Cash only $450. I'm in Salem but travel to Portland few times a week.
