I have a PSA mlok 16" 300 bLK upper. Has less than 50 rounds through it - was painted but stripped most of it off (still a bit on the top rail).
My form 1 was approved so don't need this anymore. Asking $190/OBO for the upper. or willing to trade for a 7.5"/8"/9" 300 blk upper. Also have a spare PSA/Toolcraft PSA and charging handle for $70.
