Proof Research carbon barrel for ar15 in 223 wylde. 16". Has geissele gas block. Only a handful of rounds through this. 1:8 twist. Like new. Shoots 556 and 223. $600 for barrel (that is 25% off an $800+ barrel). I also have a lightweight/low mass bcg that goes perfect with it. Kaiser bcg. Will let that go for $180 (normally $250).
