These are pretty good uppers atleast in my experience. From my information online it looks like these were assembled with surplus parts by Sendra corp back in the late 70s/80s and were generally popular due to their purple bluing (looks almost like sharpie on metal). It does have a birdcage on there but finding a three prong is not hard to find at all. It comes with a surplus Colt charging handle and a surplus FN BCG. Looks quite authentic compared to the modern remakes. Would look great on a LE build.
