Portland area rentals

Trying again.
If anyone here knows of any decent rental properties, at least 2 bedrooms, priced between 12-1500 a month, let me know.
Wife works remote, so location for her isn't a huge deal, but I need to be 30 minutes max from downtown, since I'm on call 24/7. Rental sites are kind of a bust, had several property managers stand me up for appointments and/or not return my calls, and Craigslist is so full of scams that it's kind of impressive.
