I live in the wrong state.... Went to the gunshow at the Tacoma Dome last weekend and some guy was selling cases for $559 (no idea if he was charging tax) Given the current market I commend you for passing on your find reasonably.
Heck I ended up buying 500 of the SS109 bullets for $89 and I still gotta load them!
