Vancouver, WA area ONLY. Looking to buy a little plinker for my husband for Father's day. $250 or less. Waiting on my CCP/CCL so I would be willing to pay for the background and then pay full amount for gun on pickup after the 5 day wait. I'm new on this forum and I've never purchased from a private party, only dealers so I have very little knowledge in how to go about this. Please private message with any offers.
