If you go to beavercreekarmory.com they sell P22's with a suppressor for only $489 if you are interested in jumping through ATF Form 4 hoops. I just got mine and love my P22 it is the shorter barrel and is black.

You could try coctailer... unless you're looking specifically for a FTF deal with "minimal" paperwork.
