Barely used Upper PISTOL Receiver, Oregon Only, and this must be put on a pistol lower, if you are not sure what this means, then check with a gunsmith, (SBR rules apply, ofcourse):
R&D unit. 150 rounds through it, no obvious blems that I can see.
Custom integrated muzzlebreak barrel, is NATO 5.56 with 1:7 twist rate, 10.5 inch overall.
