Hey everyone. This is a very special pistol.
This is a Nambu pistol, with MATCHING numbers on frame, plunger, and trigger.
This pistol was manufactured in 1942 according to the proof marks. It, like almost any Type 14, it has a mismatched magazine.
However, the shape that this pistol is in, is impeccable. Nearly all of the blue finish remains and the shine of the metal is gorgeous. The bore is also in great condition. The pictures don't do it justice. It's hard to make anything look good with cameras that don't cost $5000.
If this was even shot at all, it was taken care of very well.
This model includes the enlarged trigger guard, as well as a very clean safety switch with barely any marring to the frame.
