I'm looking for a stereo amplifier for my shop. It needs to be powerful enough to drive my speakers in the large space (a minimum of an honest 60+ watts) but I also want decent enough sounding to move into my future (pipedream) den. Basically, not Hi-Fi super snob level but also not a JC Penney setup from the 80's. An integrated amp would be my first choice, a straight amplifier with pre-amp would be second, and a tuner/receiver would be third. Not interested in any home theater equipment. What I have available are several good quality scopes, some Ruger scope rings, and a bunch of old school Weaver USA Mounts. The Athlon scope and a single 5B scope ring are new and everything else is used but in good condition. The Burris Signature series scope is a modern USA made model that rivals Leupold VX3's for glass and quality. It's been on my main hunting rifle for 20 years and is only coming off because I upgraded to a VX-5HD.
