Uh, you may have pulled the slide back, but it was never ejected.
This would make me believe in things that I don't want to think about.
Just use your thumb or finger to pry the round out or a cleaning rod down the barrel to push it out the chamber. It can't fire in the position it's in.You are going to need to close the slide first. That is dangerous right there. Be careful!
Do not stick a cleaning rod down the barrel, to push a round out like this. It has a live primer, to be on the safe side, don't use any tool that might touch the primer.cleaning rod down the barrel to push it out the chamber.
I have had this happen where I think the round flipped over on feeding and if you lock the slide it will usually fall out or may need a light tap. You won't need enough force to set off primer and with a rod or dowel over primer size there is no chance of setting of the primer. Reloading uses a rod primer diameter with a fair amount of force and no problem. Use your brain and lose the paranoia.CRBMoA, I think you need to say the words, just to make sure.
