I believe those had twist barrels, I Mini size may be the shells, but the punch is still very potent. I'd say Nay. I'm no Xpurt though.

Damascus barrels looks like. Probably @Andy54Hawken would know. I alway have considered Damascus to be a no go for smokeless powder.

Looks like Damascus barrels to my eyes too. RST Shells makes a line for such scatterguns.

Neat shotgun for sure...
Another vote for either black powder shells...or the RST loadings.
RST , by the way , makes fine ammunition.

Best bet is to have shotgun knowledgeable gun smith look at it. I have an 1896 Remington with the Damascus barrels and was told it was in good enough shape to shoot low base shells in it. I know my grand father shot it with regular shells in the 60's.

Took a closer look at the pictures.....
Is that rust on the barrels...?
If so...
Be sure to clean it off. and examine that area closely...
Rust / rust pits in Damascus barrels can cause them to "unravel " ...
As the rust eats into the barrel / pattern.
