Allen declined to comment on the recall, though he did express his own misgivings about the slew of new gun control laws passed by the state. However, he also noted the state attorney general arguing that only the Supreme Court can declare a law unconstitutional.

That's something we should keep in mind the next time the AG takes issue with a law he disagrees with, now shouldn't we?

So???? Is he (Sheriff Mike Allen) saying that enforcement of the law will occur......until it's ruled unconstitutional?

Hasn't/Haven't the politicians (including LEOs) ever heard of that part of the 2nd A where it says...….

"...….shall not be infringed".

Did he not take the oath to defend against all enemy's foreign and domestic? Cause last I checked the sheriff was supposed to be a line of defense against scumbag politicians and AGs
