I have a simular model 12 with a synthetic stock, blued, and non fluted barrel. it not as nice as yours, but is it super accurate. I love it, the 1:9 twist barrel is great.

sorry should have be more clear. the sights in the scope burris either has duplex cross hairs or bdc bullet drop comp dots or circles for long range shooting refereces
