Looking to trade this c.1968 Model 28-2. It's in great shape, both mechanically and aesthetically. Timing, lockup, BC gap, bore & chambers...all perfect. The finish is nice, too; with minor handling marks here and there and a little bit of wear at the muzzle. No rust or pitting. Though, someone electro-penciled something on the grip frame...doesn't detract from the outward appearance of the piece (and hey, it may even add value! ) This example has a good factory polish to it too...I'd guess it was made on a Tuesday It'll come with the Targets shown. The RH 1.5" Kramer Scabbard can be added for the right deal or I can sell it by itself.
IN TRADE:
I'm looking for a nice 3" Model 65 with the factory flash chromed (light grey colored) hammer & trigger. I'm only interested in original finshes, no polished or blasted examples. Preference would go to a pinned example and, above that, to a pinned and recessed -2 variant. No mechanical (timing, lockup, cone erosion, etc.) or serious aesthetic (rust, pitting, deep gouges/scratches) issues.
*Also looking for an original 640 with a CEN serial number prefix. Same deal with the 65...no serious aesthetic or any mechanical issues. Only interested in an early 640 w/ the CEN prefix. Will also consider a 9mm 3906.*
*I'd also really like to find a nice and clean Kahr K9. Same deal with the mechanical and aesthetic condition as with the other trades I'm looking for. Not looking for any Kahr other than the K9.*
I'll allow a 3-day inspection period once the piece is in your hands, and expect the same. If you have any questions, please either shoot me a PM or post in the thread.
Thanks for looking,
-Rob
