This rifle is brand new - it's out of the box of course, but comes with the box and and original accessories/papers + a set of tan rail covers (as pictured) It has never been fired. It was origianlly a non-functional fold and collapse stock, but the impediments to those functions have been remvoed and it is fully functional. For an oregon buyer I can deliver it to the FFL transfer dealer of your choice in the greater portland area.
